La publication du présent avis est effectuée en application de l’article 84 alinéa 3 du Code des Marchés Publics. Elle ouvre dans un premier temps le délai de recours gracieux auprès de l’Autorité Contractante, puis dans un deuxième temps d’un recours auprès du Comité de Règlement des Différends de l’Autorité de Régulation de la Commande Publique (ARCOPP), en vertu de l’article 89 dudit Code.
